About this assessment
The questions are drawn evenly from the three modules: core concepts (hardware, software, operating system, RAM and storage, applications and online services), file and backup habits (folder structure, versions, synchronisation, the 3-2-1 rule) and account security (passwords, two-factor authentication, phishing, account recovery).
